Now to answer the question of home price trends in 2015.
From 06/01/2014 to 12/31/2014 in Pelican Point, the median sales price was $321,000 and average sold
price per sq. ft as $125/sf. From 01/01/2015 to 09/08/2015 in Pelican Point, the median sales price was
$335,000 and average sold price per sq. ft as $130/sf.
The median sales price difference between $321,000 vs $335,000 represents a 4.4% increase. The average sales price difference between $125/sf vs $130/sf represents a 4% increase.
So, it appears from these numbers Pelican Point has increased in value by 4% into 2015.
