As of June 30 2014 there were 171 single family properties offered for sale in Prairieville. These properties were on the market an average of 116 days and the median listing price was $279,900. 

71 single family properties were sold in June 2014, 14% less than last year. Time on market is up and the median sale price in June 2014 of $215,000 was 7% higher compared to last year at this time.
