I’m working on a Lakeview Estates pre-foreclosure home appraisal. The following is a report on the home sales that took place and the prices paid for these homes. ALSO, see below regarding the problem of subdivision HOA (Homeowners Association) not properly maintaining one of the lakes and the potential safety concerns inherit in such neglect.

WATER LILY PROBLEM AND ANY POTENTIAL PLUS FOR BEING LOCATED ON A LAKE LOT COULD BE DIMINISHED
See photo below regarding the problem of subdivision HOA (Homeowners Association) not properly maintaining one of the lakes. According to a resident of Lakeview Estates, it’s the HOA neglecting to maintain this lake (I’m not pointing the finger at the HOA, just referring to a residents comment on 09/09/2015). The potential safety concern is this is very thick lily problem similar to what one would see on Lake Verrett. My personal experience with these lilies is ants and snakes can easily hide in such. This is a costly cleanup. MY Question on Facebook about this situation showed an overwhelmingly negative response to this situtation.
