Ascension Parish real estate market data provided by Bill Cobb Appraiser of River Ridge Sorrento Home Appraisals I recently looked at statistics for Sorento Louisiana’s River Ridge Subdivision and discovered these 2012 home price trends. Based on 15 sales, the average sales price per square foot has been $101/sf. The Median Sales Price has been $178,500, with the average size of homes sold being 1,934 sf. Homes have stayed on the market for an average of 143 days. The Average Listing-To-Sales-Price-Ratio is 99%, meaning homes are selling for 99 percent of asking prices, 1 percent less than asking price.
